Regardless if your organization is using a hybrid approach or is already fully remote, most organizations deal with the same topics again and again like managing remote teams, communication in remote teams, building a remote culture, onboarding and training remote employees, remote work policies and procedures, cybersecurity and data privacy, and work-life balance and wellness. And many other topics.
At the Remote Workplace Excellence unconference we help you to discuss these and other topics with other remote workplace leaders and learn from them how they deal with the ever-changing demands of the future of work.
Our event is a mix of formal and informal sessions that are driven by participants and best practice examples. Of course there will also be plenty of time to connect with the participants on a personal level and have fun together in the inspiring mountain resort of Semkovo.

An unconference is a participant-driven event where attendees come together to share and learn from each other. Unlike traditional conferences, the agenda is created collaboratively by all attendees at the start of the event using a process called Open Space Technology. This creates space for peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, and creativity, as everyone has the opportunity to put conference sessions on the agenda, ranging from formal talks to informal discussions. There are no pre-set sessions or voting process, so every session is welcome, and all ideas are considered. An unconference provides a unique opportunity for attendees to connect and engage with their peers, share their knowledge and expertise, and explore new topics and ideas.
We will do 4 sessions in the morning.
A quick lunch break to rejuvenate our energy levels.
Six extra slots for attendees to share, discuss, and learn about topics of their interest.
The wrap-up session will include a quick summary from each session owner, highlighting the key takeaways from their respective sessions and facilitating further discussion on important points. This session serves as an opportunity to reflect on the day's events and consolidate the learning from various sessions, as well as identifying actionable steps for the future.
